Our coaching is intentional, our community is tight-knit, and we take what we do seriously. We're growing, and we're looking for a coach who wants to grow with us. The Role This position starts part-time and is designed to transition into a full-time coaching role as you and the business grow together. You'll work a rotating schedule of morning and afternoon blocks throughout the week — built to support a healthy work-life balance, not burn you out. What you'll do to start: Coach 15-20 sessions per week across our current session formats Show up prepared, energetic, and coachable Build genuine relationships with our members Execute programming that's already in place Where this goes: 25-30 sessions per week at full-time Involvement in client success, accountability, and retention Input into programming and session design A role in the sales and onboarding process for new members What We're Looking For A current certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ISSA, NSCA, ACE, or equivalent) OR a genuine commitment to earning one Someone who takes their craft seriously and keeps learning High character — we care about culture as much as competence Reliable, on time, and professional with every client Coachable — you don't have to have all the answers, but you have to be willing to grow

Compensation Part-Time:

$22-$25 per session while building toward full-time volume Full-Time (upon hitting performance milestones): $34,000-$35,000 annual salary 4 weeks paid time off A clear path for role growth and future compensation review This isn't a "forever part-time" position. There's a defined, earned path to full-time — and we're invested in helping you get there.
