About The Stretching Place The Stretching Place is Amarillo's first professional one-on-one assisted stretching studio and is 100% locally owned and operated. We provide personalized stretch sessions in a calm, professional environment focused on helping clients feel and move better. No franchises. No cookie-cutter routines. Position Summary Deliver one-on-one stretch sessions using a structured, hands-on approach. This role requires consistency, focus, and the ability to lead each session with confidence. This is a part-time role with opportunity to grow into full-time role. This is an active, client-facing role with back-to-back sessions throughout the shift. Successful candidates are able to confidently manage a full schedule and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience within the first 30 days. Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one stretch sessions following studio protocols Maintain smooth, professional session flow with clear, confident communication Adjust intensity based on client feedback Maintain consistent pacing throughout a full schedule of sessions Complete appropriate client documentation Prepare and reset stretch areas between clients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio Qualifications NASM Stretching and Flexibility Coach certification required. Must be completed on employee's time and at employee expense prior to working with clients. (https://www.nasm.org/continuing-education/fitness-specializations/stretching-and-flexibility-coach) Background in yoga, Pilates, personal training, kinesiology, exercise science, massage therapy, or similar preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales or client conversion experience strongly preferred Comfortable in a hands-on, client-facing role Interested in a long-term role with opportunity for growth Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Mobile & Off-Site Requirements Ability to travel to client locations and off-site events as needed Comfortable working independently in off-site environments Reliable transportation Current driver's license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance Ability to transport, carry, and set up massage table and equipment Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods Safely perform repeated stretching techniques Lift, carry, and support client limbs and equipment as needed Schedule & Compensation Part-time position with opportunity to grow into full-time Approximately 10 hours per week to start, with opportunity for hours to increase as the studio grows Evening and Saturday availability preferred Paid in-studio training provided (separate from NASM certification) $16/hr during training, $18/hr upon completion Tips available Holiday pay Free stretch sessions for employees Aflac accident policy provided

What would your ideal work schedule be? Studio hours are Mon - Thu 8-6, Fri 8-3, Sat 9-3. All of our "FlexPros" are required to have the NASM Stretching and Flexibility coach certification. Are you willing and able to complete this certification at your own expense ($400) prior to beginning employment? We offer additional certification and CE reimbursement, but this initial certification is at the employee's expense.
