Little Speedsters is looking for a Dirt Bike Coach to add to our team. We teach children and adult ages (3-99+) how to ride a dirt bike.

Responsibilities:

Timely, attentive, safety conscious, and committed to fulfilling assigned schedule.

Engaging:

Comfortable and confident, the ability to keep a group of children safely engaged, entertained and excited to learn about dirt biking.

Enthusiastic & Fun:

Outgoing, animated, willing to sing songs, be silly/goofy and have the ability to connect with young children.

Patient/Adaptable:

Recognizes that not every session will go as planned, distractions will occur (airplanes are so cool) and patience is an ally.

Professional:

Neat in appearance, friendly and courteous in all communication with children and parents.

Team Player:

Collaborative, dependable, excellent communicator and commitment to elevating those around you.

Dirt Bike Enthusiast:

Dirt Biking experience is preferred, however, if you are great working with children and have some familiarity with riding. Prior Experience Working with

Children:

Must be able to engage and interact with children.

Reliable Transportation Background check cleared:

CPR/ First Aid Certified:

Certified in cpr/ first aid or willing to get certified.

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
