Leadership Coach (1099)

Summary The Leadership Coach provides structured, results‑oriented coaching to federal leaders participating in leadership development initiatives. This is a formal coaching role, not mentoring. Participants are expected to act on guidance and complete development actions aligned with OPM ECQs. Roles may require surge‑period availability during high‑volume tasking. Responsibilities Deliver one‑on‑one coaching engagements lasting up to six months. Use Stafford's coaching dashboard to track sessions, metrics, and assessments. Provide unlimited asynchronous support through approved communication tools. Administer coaching agreements outlining confidentiality and expectations. Conduct intake, goal‑setting, and development planning sessions. Administer assessments (360, MBTI, DiSC) with COR approval. Submit monthly coaching status reports and end‑of‑engagement evaluations. Maintain non‑personal services boundaries at all times. Qualifications Professional coaching certification (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent). Experience coaching federal leaders (GS‑13 to SES). Strong documentation, reporting, and virtual delivery skills. Familiarity with OPM ECQs preferred. Certifications (preferred): ACC
