Before & After School Program Coach

ABOUT WISC KIDS CLUB

Our licensed Kid's Club Before & After School Program that has been operating since 2003 providing excitement, fun and learning for school age grades K-6 . Students have access to a mini-gym, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, turf, and basketball court, which enhances gross motor skills and creates a healthy attitude toward physical fitness.

Kids Club Coach Position:

We are looking for fun, energetic, and responsible Lead Kids Club Coach! As the main point of contact for families, our staff needs to be friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. Our goal is to provide excellent care with a smiling face!

Work Schedule School Year Schedule:

Monday-Friday 7:00am - 10:00am and/or 2:30pm - 6:00pm Summer Schedule Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (1 hour lunch) Responsibilities Planning and executing daily activity with your designated group Supervising up to 25 children with another team member Maintaining accurate records of the children Completing daily area cleaning as needed Build sustainable relationships and trust with families Provide accurate, valid and complete information Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage kids and parents Provide guidance to other coaches Transport kids to and from school using WISC Kids Club bus Position Requirements and Qualifications Lead Coach must be 18 years of age or older and have 6 months experience working with children Assistant Coach must be 16 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent (Lead Coach) Associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education, teaching, or related field preferred Certification as Certified Childcare Professional preferred 1+ years of experience working with young children (Lead Coach) Must meet all state licensure requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills
