We are looking for passionate, driven coaches who are excited to help our members train smarter, move better, and thrive. Whether you are interested in leading group fitness classes, providing personal training, or blending both roles as a Hybrid Coach, your work will be integral to our mission of empowering individuals to live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
Roles:
Group Coach, Personal Trainer, or Hybrid CoachGroup Coach As a Group Coach , you'll lead dynamic, high-energy fitness classes and seminars in a group setting. You'll create an environment where members feel motivated, supported, and challenged—no matter their fitness level. This is a great opportunity for those who thrive in a community-driven setting, where camaraderie and teamwork are key to success.
Lead Group Classes :
a fitness agnostics approach which focuses on strength training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), bodybuilding, and more.
Motivate and Inspire :
Guide participants through each class while fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
Adaptability :
Provide modifications and progressions to meet the varying needs of participants.
Safety First :
Monitor form and technique to ensure safety during all group activities. Hybrid Coach For those who are passionate about both group coaching and personal training , the Hybrid Coach role allows you to excel in both areas, balancing group classes with one-on-one personal training sessions. This is a perfect option for coaches who love the energy of group fitness but also enjoy the personal connection of training clients individually.
Group Coaching & Personal Training :
Split your time between leading group classes and providing personalized training sessions.
Community & Personal Impact :
Use your skills to motivate groups while also making meaningful one-on-one connections with clients.
Flexible Role :

Inspire, motivate, and educate members in a positive and inclusive environment.
Build Relationships :
Whether in group settings or one-on-one, develop strong connections with clients and participants. Focus on

Help members achieve their goals by offering tailored guidance, support, and encouragement.
Ensure Safety :
Monitor form, offer modifications, and ensure a safe environment during all sessions.
Ongoing Learning :
Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, certifications, and techniques. Qualifications Certified Group Fitness Instructor and/or Certified Personal Trainer (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) (preferred) Experience in group fitness coaching or personal training , or both for hybrid roles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. Ability to work with diverse populations and fitness levels. First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
