We leverage advanced technology and a team of skilled mobile technicians to deliver exceptional diagnostic services in a flexible and efficient manner.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Business Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of MDS Digital Xray. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing technician routing, data entry and quality control, compliance documentation, and customer relationships. This role requires an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage and support our team of mobile technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Technician Routing and Scheduling:
Plan and optimize technician schedules to ensure efficient service delivery. Monitor technician availability and adjust routes as needed to accommodate changes in demand.
Daily Data Management:
Oversee data entry and management within our software systems to ensure accurate record-keeping. Ensure all data is captured promptly and accurately, supporting smooth operational workflows.
Compliance and Documentation:
Maintain compliance with all relevant healthcare and diagnostic imaging regulations. Prepare, review, and submit required paperwork to regulatory bodies as needed. Conduct regular audits to ensure all records meet regulatory and company standards.
Quality Control:
Monitor service quality, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Develop and enforce quality control protocols to maintain high standards across all operations.
Customer Liaison:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any service-related inquiries or concerns. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Reporting and Decision Support:
Summarize key operational decisions and developments for the General Manager. Prepare reports on operational performance, including technician productivity, service quality, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field. Candidates with Radiology background preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare operations, diagnostic imaging, or a related field. Proven track record in managing day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, data management, and quality control. Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using software applications for data management and scheduling. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, team members, and leadership.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with mobile healthcare services or diagnostic imaging. Knowledge of relevant software platforms . Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
