Job Description

A facility near Dodge City, KS is seeking a HIM Manager to join their team!
HIM Manager Opportunity:
Full-time, permanent opportunity
Schedule:
Mon-Fri Oversee daily HIM operations, including medical records management and release of information (ROI) Supervise and support HIM staff, including workflow oversight, training, and performance management Ensure compliance with regulatory standards related to documentation, privacy, and health information accuracy
HIM Manager Qualifications:
HIM Manager must have RHIT certification 3-5+ years HIM experience in a hospital setting (ROI, records, compliance exposure) Prior lead or supervisory experience overseeing staff or HIM workflows About the
