Our center will provide acute behavioral health care and outpatient treatment to adults and geriatric adults who are in crisis from severe symptoms related to behavioral health and/or substance use disorder. What You'll Do:

Lead and oversee all Health Information Management (HIM) services Ensure medical records meet federal, state, and facility guidelines Audit records for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance Maintain strict confidentiality and data security Supervise, train, and support medical records staff Oversee

ICD & CPT

coding processes as needed

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's in Health Information Administration preferred RHIT, CCA, or CCS certification required 2+ years supervising a medical records department preferred 1+ year behavioral health experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
