Major/Essential FunctionsOversight of Referral Management ProcessSupervising StaffUse data-driven strategies to improve clinical workflow, reduce variability, and optimize patient outcomesProcessing Outgoing ReferralsDevelop protocols to ensure optimization of health care delivery within
TTUHSC SOM
that prioritize services provided across all three campusesTrack outgoing referrals from initiation to closureProcessing Incoming ReferralsDevelop and maintain an internal capability report to socialize with community partnersDevelop processes to accept external referralsInsurance authorizationsOther duties as assignedRequired QualificationsBachelor's degreeTwo (2) years of job-related experience; OR a combination of education and/or experience to equal six years.
