$23.00 - $24.00 per hour Job Description We are currently hiring Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) to join our growing team. As an EMT at Citywide Ambulance, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during medical transports, maintaining professional conduct at all times, and upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance. Responsibilities Provide BLS care and interfacility transport in accordance with LA County EMS Agency protocols and company policies. Operate ambulance vehicles in a safe and lawful manner. Complete all required electronic patient care reports (ePCRs) and documentation accurately and promptly. Maintain cleanliness, inventory, and readiness of ambulance and equipment. Communicate effectively with patients, families, facility staff, dispatch, and fellow team members. Participate in ongoing training, skills maintenance, and company in-services. Requirements Current California EMT-B License Current CPR certification (AHA BLS required) Valid California Driver's License DMV K-4 Driving Record (No at-fault accidents or moving violations) DMV Ambulance Driver License Medical Examiner's Certificate (DL 51) Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Must have a valid U.S. driver's license for at least 3 years Must be at least 21 years old Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working as an ambulance EMT (911 or IFT) ```
