• Copy of First Aid/CPR certification
• If you have taken the exam for Health Technician with a passing score of 70% within the last two years, Human Resources will verify your testing score and you will not need to take the District exam for this position.

(Testing scores are good for two year from the original testing date.) If you have not taken the exam, HR will schedule testing soon.
