Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Med Tech to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care help with medication administration and assist our residents when needed. Responsibilities Assist with patient care activities including vital signs monitoring, and medication administration. Document medical information accurately using EMR Support patients with daily living activities in assisted living, hospice, senior care, and community settings. Maintain a safe and clean environment following healthcare protocols and infection control standards. Provide compassionate support for patients with Alzheimer's, dementia, or other cognitive impairments. Experience Prior experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or home health care is preferred. Experience working with people with developmental disabilities or in specialized areas such as Alzheimer's or memory care is highly desirable. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner is advantageous. Background in nursing assistant roles or medical office experience is beneficial. Knowledge of medical procedures including vital signs measurement, assistance with medication administration. Demonstrated ability to work compassionately with diverse populations including seniors and individuals with disabilities is required.
