Treasure Coast Community Health is a well-established and highly respected Federally Qualified Health Center seeking a dedicated and compassionate MA/ Medical Assistant to support our patient care team in delivering excellence in clinical care across our seven medical sites. This position is a float role and will travel among TCCH locations based on daily staffing needs. Position Responsibilities The Medical Assistant will provide clinical and administrative support to healthcare providers and patients, including: Updating and maintaining electronic health records (EHR) Educating patients on treatments, medications, and follow-up care Preparing and stocking exam rooms Sterilizing instruments and maintaining clinical cleanliness standards Checking and recording vital signs Administering injections and medication treatments Assisting providers with procedures and patient care Supporting efficient patient flow and quality service delivery Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum of 6 months related experience preferred Combination of medical assistant work experience and related education strongly preferred Hands-on experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred Strong communication and patient service skills Ability to work flexibly across multiple clinic locations Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish candidates will receive top consideration Compensation & Benefits TCCH offers: Competitive wages Outstanding benefits package Opportunity to work within a mission-driven healthcare organization serving the community TCCH is an Equal Opportunity Employer in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
