What does Life Choice offer? LCI Offers a Home Health Aide Training Program (75 hours). Our HHA training course is designed to enhance student's skills in the practice of client care and prepare them for work in the field as a Home Health Aid. Certifications received upon successfully completing the course: 1. Home Health Aide (HHA) State of Florida - Certification 2. In-Service Education Certifications (6) 3. CPR Training Upon completion of this HHA course students will demonstrate skills included in basic home care such as; use of proper body mechanics, patient transfer and repositioning, performing range of motion exercise, monitoring vital signs, assisting the patient with self-medication, recording the weight and urinary output of the patient, and demonstrating how to care for the needs of patients that are bed bound or have limitations.
