  • 24/hr + commissions + bonuses Treasure Coast Tree & Land Services is looking for a Plant Health Care Technician / Spray Applicator to join our team.
If you're experienced with tree and shrub treatments, enjoy working outdoors, and want to work with good people who actually respect each other, we'd love to talk. Year-round work Existing customer base already needing PHC services Professional equipment Strong safety culture No-drama team environment Local family-owned company We're looking for someone who: Has a Florida pesticide license (LCLM, Ornamental & Turf, or similar preferred) Can identify common tree and shrub issues Knows how to safely operate spray equipment Communicates well with customers Shows up ready to work and be part of the team Valid Driver's License Good phone skills What You'll Do Apply plant health care treatments for trees and shrubs Evaluate client properties for plant health care needs Identify insect, disease, nutrient, and stress-related issues Recommend appropriate treatments and service programs Calibrate and operate spray equipment safely Communicate professionally with customers and answer questions Maintain accurate application and treatment records Use phone to generate leads & book appointments This can be a very strong long-term opportunity for the right person.
