Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): Works cooperatively with and under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. Provides direct care to patient of various ages (neonate, adolescent, adult). Interacts with physicians, patients, families/significant others, hospital staff and community agencies in providing basic care. Is responsible for completion and processing of the birth certificates, and "Declaration of Paternity" forms. Qualifications
