This is a full-time, in-office position ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, maintaining an organized environment, and helping ensure the office runs smoothly day-to-day. The Home Care Office Tech serves as one of the first points of contact for visitors, caregivers, applicants, and referral partners while also helping maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional office environment. No prior healthcare experience is required. Training will be provided, including training on fingerprinting appointments and general office procedures. Primary ResponsibilitiesFingerprinting Services Assist individuals with fingerprinting appointments (training provided) Verify identification and required documentation Ensure fingerprinting area remains organized and professional Help maintain accurate appointment records Office Setup, Breakdown & Organization Open and prepare the office for daily operations Ensure meeting rooms, training spaces, and common areas are properly set up Assist with room setup and breakdown for orientations, meetings, trainings, and events Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment throughout the day Ensure chairs, tables, and common areas remain neat and presentable Cleaning & Office Appearance Perform light office cleaning and organization Empty trash as needed Wipe down surfaces and maintain cleanliness in shared areas Monitor office appearance and address issues proactively Help create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff Office Supplies & Refreshments Monitor office inventory and supply levels Restock office supplies, forms, and materials Restock refreshments, snacks, water, coffee supplies, and guest amenities Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries Notify management when supplies need replenishment Front Desk & Visitor Relations Greet visitors, caregivers, applicants, clients, and referral partners Answer basic questions regarding company services and direct individuals to the appropriate staff member Maintain a friendly, professional, and welcoming atmosphere Assist with visitor sign-in procedures and office navigation Company Knowledge & Community Representation Represent the company professionally both in and outside of the office Assist with distributing informational materials when appropriate Business Errands Handle an or assist with pickup or delivery of office-related supplies and materials Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong organizational skills Professional appearance and communication skills Friendly and customer-service oriented personality Reliable and punctual Comfortable interacting with the public Ability to multitask and work independently Ability to lift and move light office supplies and materials Valid driver's license Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in maintaining an organized workspace, and is willing to take ownership of ensuring the office remains clean, welcoming, and operational each day. This position offers exposure to healthcare operations, customer service, fingerprinting services, business administration, community outreach, and office management.
