Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
Under minimal supervision, the Charter School Health Technician (HT) is responsible for school health tasks including providing direct clinical care, health promotion, data collection and disease surveillance, and support for health education within the assigned charter school campus. A HT also facilitates virtual visits with a Charter School Nurse Practitioner (APRN). Learn more about the program at www.nursing.hawaii.edu/hawaii-keiki.

Waimea Middle Public Conversion Charter SchoolHours per week: 32.5; Mon-Fri 7:30am-2:30pmPay rate: $27.04 per hourPaid leave: Spring, fall and winter breaks according to the school calendar•This position is not scheduled to work during the summer break.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
