Job Description

Patient Care Technician (PCT) Looking for more than just a job? Step into a role where what you do every day truly matters. Our Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) are on the front lines of compassionate, patient-centered care—supporting patients through some of their most vulnerable moments and helping them heal with dignity and respect. What You'll Do As a PCT, you'll be a trusted part of the care team, working alongside nurses and clinical staff to keep patients safe, comfortable, and cared for.
Your work will include:
Providing hands-on direct patient care, including bathing, mobility assistance, and comfort measures Monitoring and documenting vital signs and patient information Supporting nurses and the care team in delivering high-quality patient-centered care Offering compassionate emotional support to patients and families Helping maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment Safely lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Why This Role Matters PCTs are the heartbeat of the hospital experience.
