Company Overview Northern Minnesota Addiction Wellness Center is dedicated to providing comprehensive addiction treatment and wellness services to individuals seeking recovery. Our mission is to support our clients in their journey towards a healthier, substance-free life through compassionate care and innovative programs. Summary We are currently seeking a Overnight Service Technician to join our team at Northern Minnesota Addiction Wellness Center. This role is essential in maintaining the functionality of our facility's equipment, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for both staff and clients. Responsibilities 1. Monitor house, client activity, and preform household duties as assigned during shift. 2. Support client program goals under the direction of the Treatment Team by monitoring behaviors during non- programming hours and documenting client behaviors in Client Communication Log. 3. Monitoring resident hygiene and resident behavior as relates to health status and document in Client Communication log. 4. Understand drug testing policies of NMAWC and ability to collect drug testing samples and administer alcohol breathalyzer test as directed and complete documentation. 5. Assist in areas of transporting residents to and from functions/appointments as assigned by Treatment Team. 6. Preform CPR and Basic First Aid as needed. 7. Follow requirement of Minnesota Department of Health related to duties; food prep/cooking, detailed housekeeping and cleaning. 1. Administer Medication to clients as directed in the Medication Management Policy 2. Participates in yearly Staff Training as required by Rule 31. 3. Communicate with on-call personnel as needed.
