This is a utility role for someone who enjoys variety—plant health care, stump grinding, lawn treatments, and supporting the crew as a groundsman. You'll be part of a team that blends arborist science with real-world skill. One day you're applying targeted treatments to improve tree health, the next you're running equipment, grinding stumps, or assisting on tree jobs. We take pride in doing things the right way—safe, efficient, and with attention to detail.
What You'll Do:
Perform plant health care applications (fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, fungicides) Assist with lawn care services and property treatments Operate stump grinders and support tree removal operations Work as a groundsman on job sites, keeping operations smooth and safe Monitor plant health and communicate findings with the team
What We Expect:
Working knowledge of PHC practices, chemicals, and safe application methods Willingness to learn multiple aspects of arborist and landscape work Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism Comfort working outdoors and operating equipment NC pesticide license (or willingness to obtain)
