As a participating provider of Methodist Health Partners and Nebraska's only independent wound care center, we offer a full spectrum of healthcare services—from advanced wound care to chronic condition management and transitional care. Our team combines hands-on clinical expertise and high-quality care directly to the patient—where they live and heal best. Position Overview Cityscape Healthcare is seeking a Mobile Clinical Tech to support our providers in delivering high-quality wound care services across clinic and in-home settings. This role works directly alongside Nurse Practitioners and physicians, assisting with patient flow, documentation, and overall visit efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and is comfortable traveling.
Responsibilities:
Travel with providers to patient visits (clinic and in-home settings) Help position patients and support providers during visits as needed Ensure providers have all necessary supplies and information for each patient Greet and assist patients in a professional and compassionate manner Maintain a clean, organized, and safe care environment Support real-time charting within our EMR system during patient visits Accurately document visit details, treatments, and provider notes Ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted timely Assist with scheduling coordination and daily route preparation Maintain organization of supplies and inventory for mobile visits Communicate effectively with team members regarding patient needs and updates Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
