This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity and comes with outstanding benefits. We are seeking Patient Care Technicians (PCT/BHTs) who are passionate about helping others and supporting individuals experiencing mental health, behavioral health, and substance use challenges. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced healthcare professionals in a collaborative patient-care environment.

  • Provide direct support to individuals receiving behavioral health services
  • Monitor wellbeing and maintain a safe environment
  • Assist with daily activities and patient needs
  • Document observations and patient interactions
  • Support treatment goals and recovery efforts
  • Collaborate with nurses, clinicians, and treatment teams
  • Qualifications
  • Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, residential treatment, patient care, human services, or related fields preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
