The MultimodalityTechnologist is a Radiology Technologis t who is trained, qualified and competent in at least two of the below disciplines. The technologist is expected to work in any area for which they are qualified based on the operational needs of the department.
- General Diagnostic Radiology
- CT•MRI•Mammography•Interventional Radiology•Ultrasound•Nuclear Medicine/PET The hours are 11:30am-8:00pm.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs. Certificate of Completion/Degree from an accredited Radiography or MRI programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
One-year of MRI experience.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
NJ state license for Diagnostic Radiology (D.R). Registration with the ARRT
- one or more of the following modalities: MRI (or ARMRIT), CT, Xray, IR, or Mammography.
NJ state license and Certification in Nuclear Medicine only if secondary modality is in Nuclear Medicine. AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification. If you feel that the above description speaks directly to your strengths and capabilities, then please apply today!
