REPORTS TO

Crew Leader or Fertilization Service Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

Assists with chemical application services to enhance growth, development, and vigor of both newly installed and existing lawns and commits to increasing sales by re-enrolling existing customer contracts through exceptional customer service and pursuing new customer contracts

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Mixes and applies both granulated and liquid materials safely and precisely Maintains accurate records and works closely with the Crew Leader or Service Manager to ensure proper customer records are kept on all applications for billing and non-billing purposes Provides both written and verbal lawn analysis quotes to potential customers along with recommendations to improve the quality of the customer's lawn Develops comprehensive and individualized customer specific care plans to maintain lawn Pursues new customer contracts and re-enrollment of existing customers Maintains a clean and safe work site including proper maintenance and care of all company equipment Promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices Position may perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Minimum 1 year landscape industry experience required Degree in Turf Grass Management, Horticulture, or related field preferred

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to perform all aspects of landscape tasks in a safe manner Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks Ability to execute proper judgment and decision-making skills Attention to detail in all responsibilities and duties
