Compensation:

$20•$25 hourly

Responsibilities:

Apply fertilizers, pesticides, fungicides, and soil treatments following safety and environmental guidelines Maintain and operate equipment, vehicles, and tools according to safety standards Support arborists and PHC teams with additional plant and tree care services as needed Record services, treatments, and observations using company systems Communicate findings and treatment recommendations clearly with clients

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support provided if not yet obtained Valid driver's license with ability to operate company vehicles Interest in long-term career growth and professional certifications 1+ year of experience in plant health care, tree care, or landscape maintenance About Company We're not just a tree company—we're a team on a mission to raise the bar in our industry.
