• Full-time Our team is hiring a full-time Plant Health Care (PHC) Technician to support the health, safety, and longevity of trees and landscapes across residential and commercial properties in the area.

Compensation:

$23 hourly

Responsibilities:

Inspect and assess tree and plant health in residential and commercial settings Maintain accurate service records, treatment logs, and client documentation Communicate treatment plans and recommendations professionally with clients Perform fertilizer, pesticide, fungicide, and soil applications safely and accurately Support arborists and PHC teams with additional plant and tree care services as needed

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with ability to operate company vehicles Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons 1-2+ years of experience in plant health care, tree care, landscaping, or related work ISA Certified Arborist credential preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn About Company We're not just a tree company—we're a team on a mission to raise the bar in our industry.
