  • 7:00 AM Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Certified OB Tech for a 13-week travel assignment within Surgical Services.
This role supports Labor & Delivery and obstetrical surgical procedures in a collaborative, fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong sterile technique, excellent surgical support skills, and the ability to assist clinical teams during obstetrical procedures and emergency deliveries. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments for OB procedures Assist physicians and nursing staff during cesarean sections and deliveries Organize surgical instruments, trays, and procedural supplies Support patient preparation, positioning, and transport as needed Maintain surgical equipment cleanliness and sterilization standards Monitor supply inventory and ensure procedural readiness Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and hospital protocols Assist with emergency obstetrical procedures when required Maintain accurate documentation and procedural records Collaborate effectively with Labor & Delivery and surgical teams Required Qualifications Certified OB Tech certification required Previous Surgical Services and OB Tech experience required Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation required Ability to work efficiently in high-acuity obstetrical settings required Excellent communication and teamwork skills required Experience supporting cesarean sections preferred For more details reach at About Navitas Healthcare, LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
