Job Description

We are seeking a Crew Chief - Lead Restoration Technician to lead emergency response and mitigation efforts. This role will oversee water damage restoration projects, manage crews, and ensure efficient, high-quality service to clients in need of immediate disaster recovery assistance. Our teams work hard to help people and properties recover from damage due to disasters.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise water mitigation projects, ensuring timely and effective response. Lead and train crews on water extraction, drying techniques, and structural restoration. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company procedures. Maintain detailed job documentation, including moisture readings and progress reports. Communicate with internal teams to ensure customer service Manage equipment inventory, maintenance, and proper usage on job sites. Respond to emergency calls and provide leadership in high-pressure situations On call rotation for new emergency calls
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a supervisor in the Restoration or Construction Industry. Water Mitigation experience a plus. IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD) preferred but not required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle on-call responsibilities. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
