What You'll Do Provide safe and compassionate patient care during transport Perform patient assessments and interventions within AEMT scope of practice Maintain accurate documentation and communication with facilities and dispatch Ensure ambulance readiness, equipment checks, and infection control compliance Work collaboratively with EMTs, paramedics, nurses, behavioral health facilities, and hospital partners Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare partners Qualifications Current Tennessee AEMT License Current BLS Certification Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Strong communication and teamwork skills EMS experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply Why Join Team Mobile Health Care?
