Job Description

Company Overview Children's Association for Maximum Potential (CAMP) is a seasonal summer camp committed to enriching the lives of children and adults with disabilities. Through innovative recreation, respite, and educational programs, CAMP aims to inspire and empower individuals with disabilities and those who support them. Overview We are seeking a Licensed Healthcare (RN, LVN, Pharmacist, MD, etc.) to help us with our last week weeks of summer. The greatest need is our last session August 2-7. Stipend pay available, and all meals and lodging are provided. Duties Monitor health status, administer first aid, and support emergency care procedures. Manage health records and medical documentation accurately while maintaining strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Perform triage assessments. Support leadership in healthcare delivery, including basic life support (BLS), CPR certification, and adherence to health regulation policies. Collaborate with team members to provide patient-centered care that promotes safety, comfort, and well-being. Skills Proficiency in medical software systems such as EMR/EHR platforms for efficient record management. Strong knowledge of first aid, CPR, BLS, and emergency care procedures. In-depth understanding of health regulation policies including HIPAA compliance. Excellent skills in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease prevention strategies. Experience in triage assessment and acute or chronic disease management within healthcare settings. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while demonstrating nursing leadership qualities. Familiarity with medical documentation standards and electronic health records management systems.
Pay:
$1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
