Compensation:
$10 - $14 hourly
Responsibilities:
Provide daily care and attention to our canine guests, ensuring their well-being and happiness. Maintain a clean and safe environment by regularly cleaning kennels, play areas, and common spaces. Feed and administer medications to dogs according to specific instructions, ensuring each dog's dietary needs are met. Exercise dogs through walks and playtime, promoting their physical health and mental stimulation. Monitor the health and behavior of dogs, promptly reporting any concerns to the management team. Assist in training sessions by supporting trainers and reinforcing positive behaviors with our furry friends. Communicate effectively with team members and pet owners, fostering a collaborative and supportive atmosphere for all involved parties.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 or above 1+ year experience as Kennel Tech preferred, but not required This position requires the ability to stand and bend for long periods of time and lift 40 or more pounds.
