We specialize in keeping trees and shrubs healthy through precision treatment programs and we take pride in doing it right. As a Licensed Applicator, you will be the expert our customers trust with the health of their trees and shrubs. You will perform tree injections, conduct soil testing and analysis, and develop targeted treatment plans — all while maintaining meticulous records and upholding the highest safety standards. This is a stable, full-time, year-round position with real earning potential beyond your base salary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform tree injections using approved pesticides to control pests and diseases Conduct soil testing and analysis to assess nutrient levels and overall soil health Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on diagnostic results Maintain accurate, thorough records of all applications and treatments Adhere to all WSDA safety regulations and application guidelines Collaborate with team members to coordinate pest and disease management strategies Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about treatment plans and outcomes
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Active WSDA Commercial Applicator License Valid Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record (past 5 years) Strong knowledge of pesticide application techniques and safe handling practices Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with customers and teammates
Preferred:
Prior experience performing tree injections and/or soil testing WSDA exam completion in one or more of: Agricultural Insects & Disease, Ornamental Insects & Disease, Weed Control
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary:
$46,000 - $72,000/year (day rate base + safety and production incentives)
Additional Compensation:
Sales commission opportunities Benefits (available after 60 days working 30+ hours/week): Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) Paid time off
