Plant Health Care Technician

Your Personal Gardener & Arborist Plant Health Care Technician. The PHC position empowers the technician with the ability to cultivate and nurture the valuable properties of YPGA customer base. Plant Health Care is the integrated approach to repairing and protecting valuable trees and shrubs that cannot be replaced many times in a single lifetime or even two or three generations. PHC techs will be working on trees, shrubs, and lawns performing some of the following items: Fertilization Integrated pest management for both insects, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies Decompaction of soil Soil work with amendments Lawn fertilization and broadleaf weed spraying

NOTE:

when all PHC work is complete YPGA will utilize tech's for an assortment of additional estate care services such as: Tree pruning Tree removal Stump Grinding Landscaping Grading Drainage Snow removal
