We specialize in nurse call systems, wander management solutions, access control, and video surveillance technologies that help protect residents, staff, and visitors. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Healthcare Technology Technician Helper who is passionate about technology, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a long-term career in healthcare technology and electronic security systems. Position Summary The Healthcare Technology Technician Helper supports the field team by learning and assisting with the installation, service, and maintenance of nurse call systems, wander management solutions, access control systems, and video surveillance technologies. This position is designed to develop future technicians from within the organization and offers a structured pathway to advancement into a Healthcare Technology & Security Systems Technician Level 1 role in approximately one year. Responsibilities Shadow and assist experienced Technicians on customer job sites Assist with installation and service of nurse call systems Assist with installation and service of wander management and resident safety systems Assist with installation and programming of access control systems Assist with installation and configuration of video surveillance systems Learn system troubleshooting, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance procedures Travel with experienced Technicians to customer locations throughout Wisconsin and surrounding states Receive training both in-office and on-the-job Maintain a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Take on increasing levels of responsibility as skills and experience grow Required Qualifications No industry experience required—we are looking for someone who wants to learn Strong work ethic, integrity, and desire to grow within the company Reliable personal transportation to commute to various job sites Positive attitude and willingness to accept coaching and feedback Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to pass required background screening Ability to be scheduled for out-of-town work up to 50% of the time (home on weekends) Preferred Qualifications Experience with hand tools, construction, maintenance, electronics, IT, telecommunications, security systems, or related technical fields Interest in healthcare technology and electronic security systems Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and in equipment rooms Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in active healthcare environments Ability to travel throughout Wisconsin and surrounding areas as needed Why Join ClearPath Connections? Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
