Clinic Manager - Outpatient Healthcare We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Manager to lead the daily operations of a growing outpatient clinic. This position is responsible for ensuring an exceptional patient experience, supporting staff development, driving operational efficiency, and helping the clinic achieve key performance goals.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and workflow Lead, coach, and support front office and clinical support staff Monitor scheduling, patient satisfaction, and clinic performance metrics Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and staff development Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Partner with leadership to achieve operational and financial objectives Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on patient care
Qualifications:
Previous management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with scheduling, customer service, and team development Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred
