We are a fast-growing, high-performing dental practice looking for someone who thrives in a people-centered, fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys building relationships. This is not a typical "front desk receptionist" position. Our Patient Care Coordinator plays a major role in the patient experience, schedule flow, communication, and helping patients move forward with their care confidently. What You'll Do Patient Experience Create a warm, welcoming, 5-star experience for every patient Build genuine relationships through empathy, positivity, and communication Respond to calls, texts, emails, and patient questions promptly and professionally Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit Schedule & Office Flow Maintain a productive hygiene and doctor schedule Fill openings proactively through patient reactivation and communication Coordinate smoothly with assistants, hygienists, and doctors to keep the day running efficiently Help ensure patients are seated on time and appointments stay on track Treatment & Financial Communication Help patients understand recommended treatment and next steps Verify insurance benefits and prepare accurate treatment estimates Build trust and confidence through clear, honest communication What We're Looking For We care far more about attitude, professionalism, communication, and work ethic than previous dental experience alone.

Position Details Full-time 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday)
Hours:
7:30 AM
