Job Description

Front Desk/Clinical Supervisor Radiology Clinic - Alaska Full-Time | Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk/Clinical Supervisor to lead the daily front office operations of our busy radiology clinic. This position is responsible for supervising front desk staff, ensuring excellent patient service, coordinating scheduling workflows, and maintaining efficient administrative operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with healthcare office experience, leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities Supervise and support front desk and scheduling staff Coordinate daily patient scheduling and registration processes Ensure exceptional customer service for patients and referring providers Manage incoming calls, patient check-ins/check-outs, and appointment coordination Train new front office employees on clinic procedures and systems Monitor workflow efficiency and resolve patient or scheduling concerns Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Collaborate with radiology technologists, providers, and billing staff Assist with staffing schedules and coverage coordination Support clinic leadership with administrative and operational tasks Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous medical office or healthcare administration experience required Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in a healthcare setting Preferred Experience Radiology or imaging clinic experience Familiarity with medical terminology Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient environment Benefits Competitive compensation Health insurance Paid time off Retirement benefits Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience and leadership background.
