Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Clinic Floater to join our healthcare team! In this vital role, you will provide flexible support across multiple clinic departments, ensuring seamless patient care, efficient administrative operations, and outstanding customer service. As a Clinic Floater, your energetic approach and versatile skill set will help maintain smooth clinic workflows, assist with front desk duties, and support clinical staff as needed. Duties Provide coverage at various clinic stations including front desk, patient check-in/out, and clinical staff and for our mobile clinic. Must be able to draw labs. Assist with patient intake, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification utilizing EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems such as Epic, Meditech, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks. Support clinical staff by preparing exam rooms, handling medical records, and managing documentation review to ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, referrals, PA's. Manage phone etiquette efficiently across multi-line phone systems while providing exceptional customer service to patients and providers. Experience Previous clinic experience or healthcare administrative support is highly preferred. Familiarity with EMR systems such as Epic, Meditech, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks is essential. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding, ICD-9/10 coding standards, and medical billing procedures.

Pay:

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
