Huntsville Periodontal & Implant Specialists is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate, and service oriented Patient Coordinator to be the first smile our patients see and the friendly voice they hear. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast paced environment, and is committed to providing an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through treatment completion. What You'll Do Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine compassion. Schedule appointments and manage the provider's schedule efficiently. Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions. Verify insurance benefits and discuss financial arrangements. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, and team members. Help create a positive, organized, and efficient office environment. Ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from start to finish. What We're Looking For Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
