As the Director of Clinical Services, you will oversee the delivery of quality resident care while supporting and developing the nursing team. Lead and develop a talented nursing team Partner with the Administrator and interdisciplinary leadership team Shape nursing operations, staffing, education, and resident care Mentor and develop future nursing leaders Create a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and retention Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, regulators, and community partners Drive quality improvement and ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards What You'll Lead As Director of Nursing, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Services Department , ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care. You'll be responsible for: Leading, coaching, and developing the nursing team Establishing priorities, assignments, and departmental expectations Monitoring resident care, documentation, medication administration, and care plans Conducting regular rounds and participating in resident assessments and care Managing admissions, transfers, and discharges Overseeing staffing, recruitment, orientation, training, and staff education Supporting QAPI, infection control, MDS, care planning, safety, and other nursing programs Managing department resources, supplies, and budgets Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and company regulations Promoting employee engagement, retention, accountability, and a positive workplace culture Apply today and take the next step in your nursing leadership career!

Requirements:
