Serenity South Senior Living - Troy, Alabama Executive Director Serenity South Senior Living is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our 42-bed assisted living community in Troy, Alabama. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven leader who is passionate about serving seniors while building a strong team, delivering exceptional resident care, and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities As Executive Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the community, including: Leading and developing department managers and team members Creating an exceptional experience for residents and families Maintaining regulatory compliance and survey readiness Managing staffing, scheduling, and employee retention Driving occupancy through outstanding customer service and community relationships Managing budgets and controlling operating expenses Ensuring quality resident care and a positive community culture Building relationships with referral sources and the local community Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Qualifications Preferred candidates will have: Current Alabama Assisted Living Administrator License (or ability to obtain quickly) Executive Director or Administrator experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Long-Term Care Strong leadership and team development skills Experience managing budgets, staffing, and occupancy Excellent communication and organizational skills A servant leader mentality with high accountability Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Performance bonus opportunity Paid Time Off Health benefits Professional growth opportunities Why Serenity South?
