Job Description

Supervisor-clinic Job Duties:
Interviews, hires, and coordinates training of new clinic staff members Manages staff by assigning and delegating tasks, recognizing and rewarding excellence, and taking corrective action as needed. Performs staff annual reviews and provides feedback and goals for future performance Organizes clinic staffing schedule for all locations Coordinates and conducts staff meetings; communicates pertinent organizational or departmental information Manages staff timecards and approves for payroll each pay period Supervises billing functions such as prior authorization process and denial management, and clearing account checks Manages clinic EMR access, templates, and customizations Works closely with the Administrative and Medical Directors to ensure provider schedules are appropriate for volume targets Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, safety policies, and infection control measures. Develops, implements, and maintains clinic policies Handles patient questions and complaints in a professional, courteous manner Responsible for making sure the office is clean, safe and reports any maintenance needs Demonstrates initiative and makes good decisions in situations not covered by policies. Accepts and delivers constructive criticism in a positive manner Travels as needed to out of town clinics or to other clinics. Performs other duties as assigned by supervision
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting Minimum of 2 years prior experience in leadership role preferred High school diploma or GED required, postsecondary education preferred
