If you're a friendly, organized, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator who loves helping people feel welcome, we'd love for you to join our team in Centerton. As the first person our patients see and hear, you'll play a huge role in creating the warm, personal experience we're known for. Your Role Will Include Greeting every patient and family with warmth and enthusiasm Answering phone calls, texts, and emails with exceptional customer service Scheduling new patient consultations and routine appointments Managing the daily schedule to help our office run smoothly Checking patients in and out while creating a seamless visit experience Collecting payments and discussing financial arrangements with confidence and compassion Assisting patients with insurance questions, paperwork, and general office needs Entering patient information accurately and maintaining organized records Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed Helping keep the front office welcoming, organized, and efficient Requirements Previous dental, orthodontic, or medical front office experience preferred, but not required Outstanding customer service and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers and learning new software Spanish-speaking is a plus!
