Our focus is on therapeutic and educational services for our children. We are looking for a dynamic therapist or educator to lead our team! Clinic Directors direct and coordinate the daily operations (medical, clinical, educational, and fiscal operations) of the clinic and ensures compliance with all regulations or regulatory and licensing agencies.
Job Functions:
Leads all operations: medial, clinical, educational, and fiscal. Supervises and directs all staff including administrative, transportation, treatment room and clinical staff. Coordinates staff development and training activities to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Ensures all documentation conforms to regulatory compliance prior to initiating the service and billing process. Reviews and monitors financial results. Ensures complete compliance with applicable licensure and accreditation standards through maintenance of records of service, referrals, follow-up, etc. May perform other related or non-related duties, as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Certification:
Bachelor's degree in business, education, health care, or related field. Master's degree preferred.Experience/ Knowledge required:
Minimum of two years of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.Skills/ Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
