About Us Good Beauty Aesthetics + Wellness is a growing medical aesthetics and wellness clinic in Hot Springs, Arkansas. We are committed to providing exceptional patient care and natural-looking results in a welcoming, professional environment. Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and patient-focused team member to serve as the face of our clinic while assisting with daily operations. This position combines front desk responsibilities with administrative and operational duties and offers growth opportunities for the right candidate. ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Patient Care Greet patients and create a welcoming experience Answer phones, texts, and patient inquiries Schedule appointments and manage provider schedules Verify patient information and consent forms Check patients in and out Process payments and schedule follow-up appointments Clinic Operations Assist with inventory management and supply ordering Audit invoices for accuracy Help maintain clinic organization and workflow Assist with patient communications and follow-up Support clinic events and marketing initiatives Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
