Jessieville, ARFull-Time | On-Site$75,000-$85,000/year | Flexible for the right candidateKey ResponsibilitiesLead clinical operations across Residential, PHP, IOP, and Outpatient programs.
Support the launch of an upcoming Medical Detox program.
Supervise 2 mental health therapists, growing to approximately 4.Provide clinical supervision to LMSWs and interns.
Lead weekly clinical staffing meetings.
Provide outpatient services and clinical coverage as needed.
Oversee treatment planning, documentation, quality, and compliance.
Support staff development and training.
Participate in weekly on-call rotation; calls are typically rare.
QualificationsLCSW strongly preferred; LPC considered for the right candidate.
Active Arkansas clinical license.10+ years of SUD treatment experience.3+ years of Clinical Director/clinical leadership experience.
Strong clinical supervision and team leadership skills.
Experience with mental health and substance use populations.
Strong alignment with a faith-based mission and values.
