Within the Respiratory Department, the Hospital RRT Manager will guide an engaged team that supports trauma, medical-surgical, ICU, ED, perioperative, and step-down patients. Reporting to the Director of Cardiopulmonary/Respiratory Care and collaborating closely with nursing leadership, physicians, and hospital administration, the Hospital RRT Manager will oversee daily operations, staffing and scheduling, recruitment and onboarding, payroll, performance management, and mentorship. Responsibilities include budget stewardship, supply and equipment readiness, vendor relations, regulatory compliance, and quality metrics, while coordinating services across disciplines and providing direct patient care as needed. Qualifications for the Hospital RRT Manager include Certified Respiratory Care Therapist with a valid and current Arkansas license, BLS within one month, ACLS and PALS within six months, management experience strongly preferred, and a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
