Summary:
The Rehab Therapy Manager is a licensed Therapist responsible for coordinating, organizing, and managing patient care and daily department operations. This role ensures the highest level of ethical conduct, fostering a positive working relationship with medical staff, administration, and hospital personnel. Furthermore, the Manager oversees employees, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, patient satisfaction metrics, and alignment with strategic and system goals.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Licensed as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech/Language Pathologist by the State of Arkansas appropriate licensing board. B.S. minimum. 5 years rehab experience. 2 years supervisory experience. CPR certification. 24 hour responsibility 7 days a week. This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
